Birth Doula $2500 and starting at $1200 to work with my team

If you decide to hire me, Whatever you need within our visits and labor and birth, I am there for you. No hidden charges!

  • You will receive one year access to my online childbirth education membership and community, www.RoarLikeAMama.com (Valued at $350!)
  • 4 Prenatal visits to get to know the mother, family and their wishes, and there is no extra charge for additional visits if needed.
  • I will assist you in creating a birth plan, establish your birth partners role, review every detail in specification related to your birthing desires. Since I am Yoga RYT, and prenatal fitness certified so we can get a good flow or training session as well!
  • We will discuss your pregnancy, exercise and nutrition, your relationship with your medical provider, pain management options and comfort measures, any challenges you are facing and all concerns.
  • Unlimited Phone/Email/Texting support beginning at signing of the contract through the postpartum visit
  • On call availability for your birth three weeks before your due date until your baby is born
  • Uninterrupted support during labor, the birth and continuing up to 2 hours after birth.
  • Follow up postpartum visit within a few days after your baby is born

Hypnobirthing® is a proven childbirth educational method that teaches specific breathing techniques, visualization and meditation to peacefully welcome your baby without fear or stress.

You will learn how to practice self-hypnosis to achieve mental and physical levels of relaxation conducive to a more comfortable desirable birth.
